| 摘 要： | 随着我国信息化技术的不断发展,大学生对艺术的需求也正在发生着巨大变化,迫切需要研究网络信息时代普通高校音乐教育中教与学的规律,并有效地把当前网络信息技术与普通高校艺术教育进行整合。
