| 摘 要： | 网络及多媒体技术在教育领域的应用是信息时代社会发展的必然，基于网络和多媒体技术基础上的现代远程教育的出现给高等教育自学考试的发展带来了新的机遇与挑战，面临着竞争与合作并存的新格局，树立国际化的自学考试教育理念，充分利用网络技术和资源，建立网络虚拟校园和自学考试网络教学及管理系统将为自学考试的改革和发展提供新的思路。

| Abstract: | The application of network and multi-media techology is necessarily used in the field of education. Modern distance education based on network and multi-media technology brings new opportunities and challenges to self-study examination of higher education. Therefore, we'd better set up internationalized idea on it and make full use of network technology and resources. It will do some good to its reform and development to establish online campus and network teaching and management system of self-study examination. |
