| 摘 要： | 西部民族地区的新农村建设必须以市场经济为导向。由于各种原因,西部民族地区存在重义轻利、保守、商品经济意识淡薄、乡土观念浓厚等不利于市场经济发展的非正式制度。这些非正式制度对市场经济有一种强大的排斥力。因此,必须用有利于市场经济发展的非正式制度代替与市场经济发展相悖的非正式制度。

| Abstract: | New rural construction in west national area must take the market economy as the guidance. Because of kinds of reasons, there exists some informal institutions harmful to market economy development such as valuing morality and ignoring benefit, conservativeness,lighting commodity economy and thick provincialism and so on, which are excluded from market economy strongly. So, we must substitute informal institutions in favor of market economy for ones bad for market economy. |
