| 摘 要： | 民营企业在国民经济中的地位可谓举足轻重,然而民营企业始终面临着资金瓶颈的约束,试从民众的认识、银行证券等融资部门的业务特点、中小企业本身属性及自身素质等多角度地分析民营企业融资为何会如此之难,并对如何解决民营企业发展的资金瓶颈问题进行了探讨。
