| Abstract: | It must be carried out that the reformation of universities'journals under the conditionof the market economy.But,the reformation on the premise of making clear the aim of journal'spublication,should persiSt in giving the first place to the social benefits, while considering the economicbenefits. The administrative system and the runing mechanism could be shifted from the non-marketmodel to the semLmarket model,and take a road of the co-operation for journals'publication. |
