| 摘 要： | 立足于科技资源的共享现状,针对科技资源共享渠道的不足和应用过程中的人力资源浪费,从人际网络入手,根据科技资源共享和运行的特点,构建科技资源共享的人际网络模型.通过UCINET软件对模型进行数字化分析,结合竞争情报与科技资源共享自身的特点,提出了增加科技资源共享渠道的几点思考.
