| 摘 要： | 在传统管理模式下,图书馆管理工作中普遍存在着人本管理缺位的现象,然而在网络环境下,图书馆管理必须引入新的管理模式--人本管理模式,以人为中心的管理,其核心就是回归生命价值,以便更好的体现弘扬图书馆的人文精神.
