摘    要:基础教育课程改革向教师素质提出了挑战,需要加强教师的在职培训,而传统的教师培训存在着缺陷与弊端.校本培训是一种参与式培训,在分析校本培训特点的基础,论述了校本培训的策略.

Abstract:Elementary curriculum reform puts forward a challenge on teachers'full qualities, so teachers' on duty training has to be strengthened, while the traditional teachrs' training share some short comings and setbacks. On duty Training is a type of all participation one. The thesis refers to on duty, School based training and its strategy.
