试论教育与技术引进的关系--湖北省英山县莲花村个案分析

湖北省英山县莲花村的农业生产过程中传统农业种植技术和现代农业种植技术同时并存.以资金不足、教育不足、风险规避3个假设分析阻碍莲花村农民采用新技术的原因发现,资金不足不是影响技术引进的最重要因素;在技术引进的初期,教育发挥着重要作用,但随着新技术在一个地区逐渐普及,教育便成为与技术引进基本无关的因素;风险是阻碍农民引进新技术的最关键因素.在引进技术的过程中,政府的引导和介入十分必要.

Discussion on the Relation of the Theory Education and Technique--a Individual Cases Analysis of Lianhua Village Yingshan County

Lianhua village in Yingshan County of Hubei province is placed in the stage that transfers from the traditional agriculture toward the modem agriculture. The technique of the traditional agriculture plant and modem agricultures are exist at the same time. We supposed three facts that obstruct farmer to adopt new technique, such as funds shortage, education shortage and avoid the risk, we found funds shortage is not the most important factor that affects the technique to usher in. Along with the new technique become universal in a region gradually, the education has become to an irrelevant factor in usher in the new technique. The risk is the most important factor in usher in the new technique. In the Process of usher in the new technique, it is very necessary for the government to lead and get involved.
