论大学学科建设中的战略思维

大学学科建设的战略地位决定了大学学科建设中战略思维的必要性和重要性。目前我国大学学科建设中存在的功利、短视和浮夸等现象很大一部分原因就是由于战略思维的缺失造成的,大学学科建设的功能不彰与其重要的战略地位形成了鲜明的反差。大学学科建设战略思维包含定位思维、路径思维、协调思维和持恒思维四个维度。大学学科建设需要四维思维相统一的战略思维模式。

The strategic status of the university discipline construction makes strategic thinking significant and important.At present,some phenomenon existing in our university discipline construction such as utilitarian,short-sighted and exaggerated,to great extent is because of lacking of strategic thinking,and there exists a sharp contrast between the poor functions of the university discipline construction and its important strategic status.The university discipline construction needs the unity of four-dimension of strategic thinking which are localization thinking,path thinking,coordination thinking and permanence thinking.
