关于高职毕业生就业指导工作的思考

伴随着高等职教育的改革与发展,高职院校数量急剧扩张,招生规模大幅度增加,高职毕业生就业形势日趋严峻,搞好高职院校毕业生就业指导工作已成当务之急。联系盘锦职业技术学院就业指导工作的实际,对高职毕业生就业状况及就业指导工作中亟待解决的问题进行了分析,提出了有关做好就业指导工作的认识和建议。

A Reflection on the Work of Employment Guidance for Higher Vocational Graduates

With the reform and development of higher vocational education,the number of higher vocational colleges expands greatly,and the scale of recruitment increases sharply.Therefore,the employment situation for higher vocational graduates becomes more and more serious.It is an urgent task for the higher vocational colleges to perform their employment guidance task well.Through the connection of the practical work on employment guidance,this paper makes an analysis on the present situation of higher vocational graduates' employment and the existing problems which needs solving,and puts forward the understanding and suggestion on doing it well.
