| 摘 要： | 采用同时蒸馏-萃取的方法,从山东香椿嫩芽中提取挥发油,利用GC/MS方法对提取的挥发性成分进行了鉴定,共鉴定出41种化学成分,主要有石竹烯、大牻牛儿烯、α-金合欢烯、α-荜澄茄油烯等,鉴定的挥发性成分占总挥发油的79.55%.
