当前我国体育教师招聘现状及发展对策研究

摘    要:计划经济体制下的一些观念、偏见仍在影响着市场经济体制下的体育教师招聘.通过市场经济体制下的体育教师招聘现状剖析及完善对策研究,以期促进我国体育教师招聘的科学化、法制化、规范化建设.采用了文献法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法.结果表明:当前我国体育教师招聘中存在着决策滞后、渠道狭窄、科学性不够、民主化缺乏、招聘评估流于形式等问题.研究得出:构建体育教师职位胜任力有助于选拔决策的科学、客观和质量;招聘渠道应坚持内、外渠道结合,以内为辅,以外为主的方针;招聘选拔评价工具可将简历筛选、结构化面试和试讲结合起来;管理者应更新识人选人观念,走群众路线.

Abstract:Some concepts and biases from plan economy system still affect P.E.teacher's recruitmetn of china under market economy system.In order to promote scientific,standardization and healthy development,the actuality and countermeasure of P.E.teacher's recruitment under market economy system was studied in this paper.Methods of documents,questionnaire and expert interview were mainly adopted.Conclusions are as following: The setting up of the competence to job should help to scientific,objective and high quantity selection and decision.The employing that emphasizes outside personnel should be brought forward.Selecting appraise can use the ways of resume,background investigation,paper test,construct-interview and practical teaching.The governor should renew selecting concepts and walk the mass line.
