| 摘 要： | 随着我国大学教育从精英教育向大众教育的过渡，大学生的就业环境日趋激烈。尤其是当代女大学生的就业压力，远远大于男大学生。面对这种状况，开展对女大学生就业比较难的形势分析，探讨造成女大学生就业难的深层根源，具有重要的现实意义。
