专科学校学报发展刍议

专科学校学报为我国的教育和科研事业作出了应有的贡献，但还存在着读面窄、发行量少、经费不足、稿源缺乏、学术质量不高等问题。专科学校学报要改变现状，实现“质”的飞跃，就必须发挥学校优势，突出特色栏目；强化编辑主体意识，主动组稿；制定政策，吸收优稿；借助学校行政管理手段；提高编辑素质；培养作队伍，才能办好学报，提高质量。

A Brief Comment on the Journals of Teachers' Colleges

The journals of the teachers' colleges had done a lot to the contribution of education and scientific research, however, they are now limited by the short of readers, less circulation, insufficient funds etc. How to get out of this circumstance is the challenge we are meeting with. We should take some measures to help them out of the situations.
