旱涝灾害预测、监测的三维动态显示技术

摘    要:无论是旱灾,还是涝灾都是空间场中水的失衡引起的,因此研究旱涝灾害实际上就是要研究水或与水紧密相关的各类地理要素特征在空间场中的三维动态分布。为此,文章重点阐述了旱涝灾害预测、监测的三维动态显示技术的实现方法。

Abstract:Both drought and flood are resulted from imbalance of water in the atmosphere. Therefore, the study of drought and flood implies the study of the three - dimensional dynamic distribution of water or various geographic factors related to water. This article illustrates the realization of three - dimensional dynamic display technology concerning the forecast and monitor of drought and flood.
