| 摘 要： | 为探讨纳洛酮对急性酒精中毒小鼠总抗氧化能力T—AOC的影响。将小鼠分为空白组、急性酒精中毒小鼠模型组和解救组，解救组对急性酒精中毒小鼠注射酸纳络酮注射液。处理结束后，摘眼球取血，分离血浆，测血清中T—AOC活力。结果酒精中毒小鼠血清T—AOC活力降低，纳洛酮解救后T—AOC的活力升高显著（α=0．05），但仍未能回复到中毒之前的水平。结果表明，纳洛酮在恢复酒精中毒小鼠机体抗氧化能力方面有一定的效果，但未能大幅度扭转机体抗氧化能力降低的趋势。

Influence of Naloxone Hydrochloride Injection on T - AOC in Acute Alcoholism Rats |

| Abstract: | To explore the influence of Naloxone Hydrochloride injection on T - AOC in acute alcoholism rats. Methods The rats were divided into three groups： control group, acute alcoholism group and rescuing group. After the eyeball was removed, the blood was collected andthe plasma was separated. The activity of T - AOC was detected. Results The activity of T - AOC of rescuing group was higher than that of acute alcoholism group, （ α= 0.05）, but smaller than that of control group. Conclusion Naloxone Hydrochloride injection has some effect in restoring the activity of T - AOC, but cannot completely convert the liver damage induced by the high concentration of alcohol. |
