青春发育期间年龄对长时间运动的蛋白质与氨基酸代谢的影响

摘    要:对普通中小学男生进行踏车功量计上90min50%VO2max的持续性运动,观察蛋白质和游离氨基酸代谢在青春发育期内的年龄特点。结果表明:蛋白质和游离氨基酸的代谢水平接近于成年人超长时间运动的结果,青春发育前期对蛋白质和氨基酸的利用高于青春发育中、后期,提示此年龄阶段的糖与脂肪代谢能力相对较弱,故要求蛋白质有更大比重参与氧化供能;并且,青春发育前期对一碳单位氨基酸中的Met和His的利用程度较高。结论:同成年人相比,青春发育期内,尤其是青春发育前期的机体,对蛋白质降解和氨基酸氧化利用增加的依赖性较高,因此,在此期间增加蛋白质和氨基酸的营养补充非常必要。

Abstract:Age characteristics on metabolism of protein and free amino acid (FAA) were observed in puberty, with the general elementary and middle schools' male students taking part in the continuous exercise for 90 minutes and 50% O_2max on bicycle ergometer. The results showed that their metabolic level of protein and FAA were close to the result of adult's ultra long-time exercise. The utilization ratio of protein and FAA in ante-puberty was higher than the middle and late puberty's. This result indicated that the metabolic activity of carbohydrate and fat during the age period was lower, so more protein participated in providing energy. Moreover, the utilization ratio of Met and His (one unit carbon AA) were higher during ante-puberty. The conclusion points out that during the course of ante-puberty, especially ante-puberty body's dependence on the degradation of protein and utilization of AA was higher. So it was necessary to supplement protein and AA.
