论“零库存”档案馆

随着"大数据"时代的到来,档案工作者的职责也向着两个不同的方向演化推进,即存储职责和社会服务职责。引入"零库存"档案馆的概念是为了解决二者之间的分歧,将二者成功剥离,对于两者执行的物理空间用"档案中心"和"档案馆"分别加以定义,从而论证"零库存"档案馆在实际操作中的可行性,并尝试设计"零库存"档案馆的运行模式。一方面,档案中心作为档案的保存基地,开展档案保管与抢救工作。另一方面,档案馆作为档案利用服务与展览休闲基地,行使档案馆的社会服务职能。

Research on the Zero Storage Archives

With the advent of the era of big data,the duties of archivists are also evolving in two different directions,namely,storage duties and social service duties.The author introduces the concept of zero storage archives to separate the two,defines the physical space of the two with archives center and archives respectively,demonstrates the feasibility of zero storage archives in practical operation,and tries to design the operation mode of zero storage archives.On the one hand,the archives center serves as a base for archives preservation,carrying out archives preservation and rescue research;on the other hand,the archives serves as a base for archives utilization service and exhibition leisure,exercising the social service function of archives.
