摘    要:用户情感体验的好坏程度直接关系到其接受、采纳、持续使用档案自媒体及传播档案信息的意愿。论文从信息交互行为的视角出发,分析了影响档案自媒体用户情感体验的刺激因素、生理因素和认知因素三个主要因素,在此基础上有针对性地提出了增强档案自媒体用户情感体验的举措,以为提升档案自媒体服务效果提供启示。

Abstract:The quality of users'emotional experience will be directly related to their willingness to accept,adopt and continue to use archival we-media and the archival information they spread.From the perspective of information interaction behavior,this paper analyzes three main factors,including the stimulating factors,physiological factors and cognitive factors,that affect the emotional experience of archival we-media users.On this basis,it puts forward targeted measures to enhance the emotional experience of archival we-media users,so as to provide beneficial reference and inspiration for the improvement of archival we-media services.
