摘    要:通过对国外现有的档案语义关联项目的文献检索与数据清洗,从语义转换的角度出发,整合并聚类目前国外档案机构的典型案例,分析并抽取现有的词表语义化转化路径与机制。研究的重点在于厘清档案数据语义转换的三大问题:"为何""由何""如何"将档案数据转换成关联数据。研究成果表明关联数据将有助于针对档案材料的复杂性与异质性,弥补传统知识组织方式的不足;元数据元素集、值词汇表、数据集是语义转换的源数据,通过语义匹配和本体构建,可将档案数据转换成关联数据。其中构建档案本体是实现档案资源真正关联、共享与重用的关键。

Practice Analysis on Archives Semantic Conversion Based on Linked Data

Abstract:Based on literature retrieval and data cleaning of existing archives semantic projects abroad,this paper integrated and clustered the typical cases of foreign archives institutions from the perspective of semantic conversion and analyzed and extracted the existing methods and mechanisms of semantic conversion of controlled vocabulary.The key point of this research is to clarify the three major issues of semantic conversion of archival data:"why","what","how"to convert archival data into linked data.Results show that linked data will help to solve the complexity and heterogeneity of archival materials and make up for the shortcomings of traditional knowledge organization systems.Metadata element sets,value vocabularies,and data sets are the source data of semantic conversion.Through semantic mapping and ontology construction,archival data can be converted into linked data.Among them,archives ontology construction is the key to realize the real linking,sharing and reuse of archives resources.
