论新时代中国特色档案学话语体系的构建

构建新时代中国特色档案学话语体系,不仅是引领当代中国档案学现实发展的必需,而且是当代中国档案学走向世界的必需。文章从档案学话语体系构建的缘起与意义、条件与基础、方法与策略层面研究了构建新时代中国特色档案学话语体系的必要性与可行性。文章认为,构建新时代中国特色档案学话语体系,需要明确目标,坚持实践性、统一性、继承性、开放性、时代性原则,从增强构建中国特色档案学话语体系的自信心与自觉性、立足中国实践总结和凝练具有中国特色的档案学成果、基于问题导向解决好档案学发展所面临的困境和难题、立足国际视野贯通中国特色档案学的通用性话语表达、完善和优化中国特色档案学话语体系的国际传播途径等方面下功夫。

On the Construction of Archives Discourse System with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era

Constructing a new era of archival discourse system with Chinese characteristics is not only necessary to lead the real development of contemporary Chinese archival science,but also necessary for contemporary Chinese archival science to go to the world.This paper studies the necessity and feasibility of constructing the archival discourse system with Chinese characteristics in the new era from the origin,significance,condition and foundation,method and strategy of archives discourse system construction.The article believes that to construct a new era of archival discourse system with Chinese characteristics requires clear objectives,adherence to the principles of practice,unity,inheritance,openness,and epoch,and enhance the self-confidence and consciousness of constructing the archives discourse system with Chinese characteristics.China’s practice sums up and condenses the archaeological achievements with Chinese characteristics,solves the dilemmas and problems faced by the development of archival science based on problem-oriented,and based on the international perspective,the universal discourse expression of archival science with Chinese characteristics,perfects and optimizes the archives discourse of Chinese characteristics.The international communication route of the system.
