积极探索高职院校学生党员教育管理新机制

为了适应我国高职教育快速发展的新形势新要求，必须加强和改进高职院校党建工作，推进学生党员教育管理规范化建设，建立教育管理的长效机制。文章从加强基层组织建设、规范入党考察程序、创新管理工作载体、延伸教育管理范围、建立自我约束机制、发挥内外监督作用、树立党员模范形象等方面进行了探索与实践。

On New Educational Administration Mechanism of Student Party Members in Vocational Colleges

To adapt to the new situation and demands of the fast development of domestic higher vocational education, we strive to strengthen and improve the work of party construction in higher vocational colleges by means of propelling the standardization of student party members＇ educational administration as well as establishing a long-term mechanism of educational administration. After the active and serious exploration on and practice in the various aspects of strengthening the construction of primary-level organizations, standardizing the assessing procedure of new party members, innovating administration carrier, extending the educational administration scope, establishing self-discipline mechanism, exerting the effect of internal and external supervision, and setting up the ideal image of party members, etc., the educational administration of student party members has achieved obvious effect.
