| 摘 要： | 在少数民族地区，从意识形态、制度规范、政绩三个方面提取和防止非物质性民族政治资源流失，是民族政治发展的必然选择。少数民族政治的稳定和发展，离不开中华民族意识的弘扬和民族经济的繁荣，更离不开民族区域自治制度的具体化、规范化和程序化。
