“兰州拉面工坊”国际化育人平台的建设与实践

职业教育走出去,既是经济全球化背景下的必然趋势,也是打造职业教育品牌、深化产教融合、创新现代学徒制教育的重要手段。文章以校、政、企、行、培五方共建高水平的"兰州拉面工坊"国际化育人平台为研究案例,总结了"一盟一院"聚焦地方产业,推动兰州拉面"传承实践创新项目"开发、创新现代学徒制教育模式的典型经验与做法,探讨经济欠发达地区职业院校如何扎根地方,整合校企资源,构建育人平台,推动职业教育共建、共享、共赢,建立职业教育共同体的实践路径,为相关院校在职业教育教学改革方面提供一些借鉴。

Construction and Practice of International Education Platform of "Lanzhou Stretched Noodles Workshop"

Vocational education going global is not only inevitable trend in the background of economic globalization,but also an important means to constructing brand of vocational education,promoting integration between industry and education,and innovating modern apprenticeship education.With the"Lanzhou Stretched Noodles Workshop"co-built by school,government,enterprises,trade association,and training institute as a high-level study case,this paper sums up the modern apprenticeship typical experience and practice of the educational mode of"One-A lliance-One-College",which focuses on local industry,promotes Lanzhou Stretched Noodles"heritage practice innovation project"development and innovation,explores the economic underdeveloped regions of vocational colleges on how to take root local industries,integrate schools and enterprises of resources,build platforms for educating students,pushing vocational education co-construction,sharing,win-win situation,set up vocational education community of practice path,in vocational education reform aspect.The study hopes to provide some reference for related colleges.
