摘    要:针对卢旺达职业教育面临的接受程度低、人才培养成本高、师资不足、专业设置滞后等问题,以《悉尼协议》专业建设范式分析了以学生为中心、以结果为导向、倡导持续改进、尊重专业个性的TVET政策,为中国高职援非打开新的视角。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems faced by Rwanda's vocational education,such as low level of acceptance,high cost of personnel training,lack of teachers and lagging major setting.This paper analyzes the TVET policy which is student-centered,result oriented,advocating continuous improvement and major personality based on the professional construction paradigm of Sydney Agreement.It will open a new perspective for China's higher vocational colleges to assist Africa.
