| 摘 要： | 基于职业教育的特点,阐述了职业态度在行业发展和职业人才培养中的重要性,并以制药专业为例,分析了职业态度培养在现阶段高职教育中存在的问题,结合职业价值观,就开展职业态度教育的改革方法与路径进行了探讨,以期促进高素质技能型人才的培养。

| Abstract: | Based on the characteristics of vocational education,this paper expounds the importance of vocational attitude in the development of the industry and the cultivation of vocational talents,and takes the pharmaceutical industry as an example,analyzes the problems existing in the current vocational education,and probes into the reform methods and paths of vocational attitude education in combination with vocational values,with a view to promoting the cultivation of high-quality skilled talents. |
