摘    要:世界技能大赛是最高层级的世界性职业技能赛事,有“技能奥林匹克”之称。根据第45届世界技能大赛酒店接待项目全国选拔赛情况,归纳整理出比赛项目六大模块的重要得分点,同时对参赛选手的现场表现和得分情况进行了多角度分析,发现选手主要存在岗位气质不佳、英语水平参差不齐、Opera系统操作不熟练、自信心和综合应变能力不强等问题,并从酒店专业人才培养角度提出了有针对性的策略,以提高参赛选手的综合素质和实战成绩。

Abstract:The World Skills Competition is the highest level of the world vocational skills competition,known as"Skills Olympics".Based on the hotel reception project national trials of the 45th World Skills Competition,this paper summarizes some important points of the six modules of the competition,and analyzes the contestants'on-site performance and scores from multiple perspectives.It is found that the main problems of the contestants are poor post temperament,uneven English level,unskillful Opera system operation,low self-confidence and comprehensive adaptability,and so on.In order to improve the overall quality and actual performance of contestants,this paper puts forward some targeted strategies from the perspective of hotel vocational personnel training.
