高校思想政治教育的缺陷与完善

中央16号文件下发以来,高校思想政治教育出现了可喜的局面,但仍然不同程度存在着思想认识误区、师生关系淡漠、家庭影响弱化、教育未成合力、考核评价缺位等缺陷.要克服这些缺陷,高校思想政治教育应在功能认识、体系构建、教育方法、队伍建设、考核评价以及资源整和等方面,从观念上、内容上、做法上全面创新,才能真正体现时代性和增强实效性.
