高等学校教学管理以人为本评价机制的思考

摘    要:本文从转变教育观念,树立以人为本的教育理念出发,探讨了教学改革中如何坚持“以人为本”的学籍管理原则,建立动态学籍管理体制,推进学分制教学管理体制的改革;提出了建立“以人为本”的教师教学评价机制和创新教育考核评价机制。

Abstract:Based on changing the educational idea and setting out the people-oriented educational idea.This article discusses that how to insist on the people-oriented management principle in teaching reforms,how to set up the management system of dynamic roll and advance the reform of the teaching management system of the credit system.At the same time the article puts forwards the appraising mechanisms of teacherss' teaching and teaching test of innovation.
