| 摘 要： | 结合区域创新系统特点,在明确城市自主创新系统内部结构的前提下,分析了城市自主创新能力的实现过程,使用DEA方法,构建技术、经济和社会"三位一体"的城市自主创新能力综合评价体系,提出评价结果可以从有效性、规模效益、松弛变量和生产前沿面上的投影进行分析。
