跨栏跑教学中学生心理障碍的克服

摘    要:在跨栏跑教学中,针对学生“怕栏”的心理障碍,运用心理控制教学方案,加强跨栏跑教学的心理训练,减少不良心理反应。改进学生跨栏跑的教学与训练,对我们从事跨栏跑的教学与训练具有指导意义。
