| 摘 要： | 律师制度是国家司法制度的一部分，是在一定范围内保证正确行使国家权力的有效保障，也是现代法治国家的重要标志。将美国律师制度与我国现行的律师制度作一对比，以其对完善我国律师制度，保障司法公正、正确处理国家权力有所启迪。

This paper aims at making a comparative study of Chinese and American attorney system with the hope that China's attorney System could be improved so that the fairness of justice can be guaranteed. |
