| Abstract: | A personnel resource is a core element in the sustained development of a TVU library. This pape presents the present situation of the personnel resource and the necessity of drafting a project of establishing a practical personnel resource, the purpose of which is to configure a workable system of the personnel resource as well as establishing a system of training the personnel in the library. Finally, it raises some suggestions in the evaluation system of assessing and bestirring the personnel. |
