沉浸理论与大学英语课堂教学

摘    要:沉浸是指由于全神贯注投入而更好地完成任务的一种忘我的心理状态,产生时有高度的兴奋和充实感。沉浸体验会产生最佳学习和教学效果。英语水平的提高既依赖于学生的学也依赖于教师的教。从认知心理学和教育心理学的角度将沉浸理论引入英语学习和教学的研究,探讨如何促进学生和教师沉浸体验以优化大学英语课堂教学意义重大。

Abstract:Flow refers to a mental state characterized by intense focus,involvement and complete loss of selfconsciousness during a task that leads to improved performance on a task. Flow experience can result in optimal learning and teaching. This paper tries to explore flow theory and discuss its useful implications to College English learning and teaching from the perspective of cognitive and pedagogical psychology.
