摘    要:设计合成了一种基于偶氮水杨醛的酰腙类探针分子,利用紫外-可见(UVVis)吸收光谱考察了其对Fe3+、Hg2+、Ag+、Ca2+、Cu2+、Co2+、Ni2+、Cd2+、Pb2+、Zn2+、Cr3+和Mg2+等12种阳离子的识别作用。结果表明,该探针在DMSO/H2O(体积比8/2)的含水体系中,对Cu2+具有专一选择性比色识别效果;且当加入Cu2+时,溶液颜色立刻由无色变为黄色,而加入其它阳离子则无变化,说明该探针能够实现对Cu2+裸眼检测。

The Composition and Ion Recognition Property of a Cationic Probe Based on Azo Salicylaldehyde Acyl Hydrazone

Abstract:It turns out the cationic probe based on azo salicylaldehyde acyl hydrazone has a specific selective colori- metric recognition effect to Cu2+ in DMSO/H20 water system after test of cation recognition effect on 12 kinds of i- ons like Fe3+ , Hg2+ , Ag+ , Ca2+ , Cu2+ , Co2+ , Ni2+ , Cd2+ , solution turns yellow when there is Cu2+ , while the color does the naked eye detection of Cu2+ with this probe. Pb2+ ,Zn2+ not change , Cr3+ and Mg2+ through UV - Vis. The when there is other ions, which proves the naked eye detection of Cu2+ with this probe.
