摘    要:本文根据资本与劳动内在矛盾的对立和统一性原理,说明资本与劳动的关系表现为厂商与工人的关系,从而表现为利润与工资的关系。通过厂商利润最大化和工人效用最大化建立多目标决策模型,说明工资和就业量不仅仅是由劳动力市场供求决定,更重要的是由资本与劳动的内在矛盾决定,从而确立均衡工资和均衡就业数量,为分析经济学的基本问题——工资和就业决定提供了一个新的视角。在此模型基础上,文章最后对失业的因素加以分析,并说明这些因素是如何对失业产生影响的。

Abstract:This article firstly shows the relation between capital and labor as the relation between firms and workers and then the relation between profits and wages according to the principle of opposition and unity for contradiction between capital and labor. It secondly shows that equilibrium wages and labor are determined not only by supply and demand in the labor market but also importantly by the intrinsic contradiction between capital and labor by constructing a multiple objectives planning model of maximization for both firms profit and consumers utility. And it provides a new analysis perspective for the basic question of how the wage and labor are determined. On the base of the model, this article finally investigates what factors affect the unemployment and how they affect it.
