| 摘 要： | 建国以来我国中央与地方的经济关系在改革开放前基本处于放权、收权的摸索过程中。改革开放后，中央与地方的经济关系总的来说是分权趋势，而且不断规范化、科学化。要规范我国中央与地方的经济关系，必须科学划分中央与地方政府的经济职能，进一步完善分税制，改革政企关系等等。

The evolution of the relation between central and local economy since the foundation of China and its revelation |

| Abstract: | The economic relation between the central and local governments since the fonndation of China is basically the exploration in the proportion of rights.After the opening policy the tendency has been to divide the rights between the two and the economic relation has become scientific and regularized.To regularize the economic relation between the central and the local governments,the economic function of the two must be distingnished,tax system must be perfected and the relation between enterprises and governmental administration must be reformed. |
