| 摘 要： | 中国高等教育发展到今天的大众化阶段,是一项可喜可贺的成就。但由此也引发了一系列的问题,其中最为明显的就是日益庞大的毕业生队伍与相对不足的社会就业需求之间的矛盾。这引起了整个社会对于大学教学模式和教学方法的重新认识。
