论体育院系学生的智能结构与非智力因素

本文通过大量的调查研究．发现体育院系学生的智能结构存在着极大的弊端．并表现：一是知识面太窄；二是能力发展片面；三是知识结构与能力结构不协调，造成严重的智能结构不完善．直接影响着学生学习潜力的挖掘和就业危机．同时在我们的教育中忽视了一个尤为重要的因素．即：来自学生自身的非智力．

On the Structure of Knowledge-Ability and Nonintellectual Factors of the Students of PE Institutes and Departments

Through a large number of investigations in this study, it was found that there is an obvious disadvantages in the structure of knowledge-ability of the students of PE institute and department, which shows threeaspects; first, the field of knowledge is far too cramped; second, the development of ability is not overall;there is is not coordinate between the structure of knowledge and the structure of ability. This causesa serious problem that both the structure of ability.
