| Abstract: | The rapid development of information and communication contributes great con- venience and efficiency to politics ,economy, culture, and society but also brings potential chal- lenge and risk. E-governance is now a main achievement of the reform in public service depart- ments. The paper analyzes the current situation of the E-governance under the background of bureaucracy. Considering the constant change of the situation, domestically and internationally, the influence of bureaucracy on E-governance and public service departments＇ reform is also discussed. |
