| 摘 要： | 以美国著名人力资源管理专家加里.德斯勒(GaryDessler)提出的职业生涯发展理论为基点,重新划分了职业生涯发展阶段,并结合各阶段心理契约的特点及我国具体国情,对组织在各阶段应采取的职业生涯规划与管理策略进行探讨。

| Abstract: | Based on the theory of career development is founded by the famous American expert in Human Resource Management-Gary Dessler,the paper redivides the career stages.Referring to the characteristics of psychological contract in every stage and the situation of our country,the author discusses the managing strategies which should be abopted by the organizations in different career stages. |
