中国高师传统教育实习模式比较

我国高师传统教育实习模式主要有清末仿日模式、小学期制、学年制、仿苏模式和自主应用型5种。从各模式的结构和质量看,可分为简单体验型和复合提高型两大类。前者是师范教育初级阶段的产物,后者是师范教育培养模式走向成熟的表现。在高等教育大众化的迅猛发展中,我国原有的师范教育体系瓦解了,新的师范教育体系正在建设,分析比较传统教育实习模式的特点,可以为新模式的建构提供有益的借鉴。

Comparative Review of Chinese Traditional Teaching Practice Modes in Higher Normal Schools

There are mainly five traditional teaching practice modes in Chinese history: Japanese mode;interterm system;academic year system;Soviet mode and independent application mode.They can be divided into two categories: briefly-experience mode and advanced complex mode.The former is the outcome of initial stage of normal school education,while the latter is the symbol of mature performance of it.With the rapid popularization of higher education, the initial system of normal school education has disintegrated,and a new system is under construction.It would provide beneficial to the construction of new system to compare and analyze the features of traditional modes of teaching practice.
