近年来,我国高职IT类专业为社会培养了许多初级软件人才。但他们在软件行业中就业的情况并不乐观,为此我们对此进行了一系列的研究,力图从培养方案、教学环节等方面进行优化,培养高素质的初级软件人才。对高素质初级软件人才的标准进行了论述。

The project of software blue collar is one of the educational target of vocational college in china, and there are a lot of excellent primary programmers in china, however,the student graduated from vocational college have some trouble in finding job recent years, so our workteam has done some work to improve the quality of education at all.
