| 摘 要： | 大学是制度文明的产物 ,是西方大学在发展演进过程中形成的一个结论。我国高等教育由于与西方有着不同境遇 ,长期以来忽视了大学制度的建设 ,随着高等教育改革的深入 ,这一问题日益凸显。深化高等教育改革必须建立有效的现代大学制度 ,建立现代大学制度是我国高等教育改革的方向

| Abstract: | University is the product of civilized system, it is the conclusion of the process of western higher learning development. Because of the difference from western environment, our higher education has long neglected establishment of University system. Now, with the reform of higher education deepening, this problem becomes increasingly serious. It means we should establish effective system and regard it as the direction of our higher education reform. |
