| Abstract: | Baichenzi site, 15 kilometres north of Zhangbei town, recorded as the Beiyang town of the Liao Dynasty for 250 years in the local chronicles, is now the place of animal exchange in the North. Through practical reconnaissance and textual research by a local historian YIN Zi-xian, it is now recognized as the site of central capital of the Yuan Dynasty. |
