| Abstract: | Primary trade unions should adopt the ＂three advocates＂ of the 18th session of the National People＇s Congress as guidance to lead the faculty to cultivate and practice actively the socialist values. Trade unions should fulfill the educational function by promoting and deepening recognition, fulfill the maintenance function by enhancing the harmony of work units and society, fulfill the involvement function by creating democratic atmosphere, fulfill the construction function by showing cultivation and implementation achievements. |
