| 摘 要： | 通过对改革开放以来关于农村中非正式制度研究的梳理和分析，总结出这些研究主要集中在经济、政治、制度变迁等方面，这与非正式制度在改革开放后的农村社会中产生的重要影响有着密切的联系。对这一问题的深入探讨也对未来新农村的建设有着启示性的意义。但与此同时也发现这些研究尚存在一些不足与欠缺，主要是缺乏历史的眼光、时空上的比较和深层的学理分析。

| Abstract: | Researches on the informal institution about countryside in China since the reform and opening up are summarized. It is found that the researches are mainly about the changes of economy, politics and institution. This is closely connected with the important effect of informal institution on the countryside after reform and opening up. It is proposed that there are defects in the researches such as insufficient historical insight, comparative analysis of space and time and profound theoretical analysis. |
