面向对象的干部网络教育平台的设计与实现

文章在"以用户为中心"的理念指导下,在分析用户需求和学习特性的基础上,以构建符合干部网络学习的模式为主线,选用Flash Media System为流媒体解决方案,构建干部网络教育平台。平台集中了多渠道的网络教育资源,进行资源编码、Web内容管理等预处理后通过点播、直播提供给平台用户,并采用内容分发和负载均衡技术将平台继续延伸。分角色设计的网络学习流程以及在网络学习支持服务特别是资源检索、评价与推送机制上的初步应用都使用户获得良好的网络学习体验。今后平台还需在学习者与资源、与管理者的互动机制上做进一步研究。

The Designation and Realization of Object-Oriented Leading Cadre's Online Education Platform

Under the guidance of＂User Oriented＂ idea, on the basis of user needs and learning characteristics, and then in the direction of constructing cadre＇s online study model, the paper adopted Flash Media System as streaming media solution and established the Leading Cadre＇s Online Education Platform. After such as A/V encoding and web content management preprocessing, The Platform concentrated multi-channel online resources, provided to users via VOD or Live, and stretched by network content delivery and load balancing. Besides, the flow of online education according to the learner＇s role and online education supporting service gave users favorable learning sensation, especially initial application on the resource search, evaluation and push. In the future, the paper would be proceeding to further research on the interaction mechanism during learners, resources and managers.
