| 摘 要： | 面对新时期我国期刊市场的激烈竞争,高校学报要想求得可持续发展,必须着力培育学报的核心竞争力,核心竞争力对学报的长远发展具有重要意义,而学报核心竞争力的培育要从打造优质品牌、提高编辑人员综合素质、实现社会效益和经济效益双盈等方面入手。

| Abstract: | Confronting the hot competence in Chinese journal market in the new period,journals of colleges want to develop consistently must try their best to cultivate the core competence capability.The core competence capability is very important of journals to promote,and cultivating the core competence capability should begin from: forging good brand,promoting the synthetic ability of the editors and realizing the union of social and economic efficiency. |
